be in touch shortly to ask you to complete one of these forms.
It will only take 5 minutes to complete and will help us to track
organisations' progress once Direct Grants funding has come to an
end. Your input will be much appreciated.
All approved projects are now
listed by Local Authority area.
There are links to summaries, application forms and other
information about many projects. These links will be updated and
added to on a regular basis.

The Direct Grants team is pleased to announce
full allocation of the grant fund totalling £3.2 million. The 2001 – 2004 programme is now closed and the Direct
Grants team is no longer issuing application packs.
