President asked if there were any matters arising from the minutes which were not otherwise covered on the agenda,of SCVO’s Board in the process of changing the organisation’s legal status and governing documents.,Since the 2012 AGM, SCVO had engaged intensively and extensively with members and stakeholders on the,invited the meeting to consider a further special resolution:
“That the regulations set out in the document,With the event in its tenth year in 2014, the Convener looked forward to these records being smashed.
