Responsible for managing/developing a wide range of projects, within the Generic Development Team. Projects include the Race Equality Development Unit, a national network community and voluntary sector representatives on Social Inclusion Partnerships (SIPs), the national ‘Working Together, Learning Together’ training programme for SIPs and the Employment Service Ethnic Minority New Deal project.  The principle themes running through work of the Team centre on equality and inclusion. Louise is currently on secondment but she continues to play an active role in the strategic management of SCVO's Equality Programme.

Philippa is responsible for the management of SCVO's policy role, ensuring that we have the intelligence we need to plan our forward agenda, that we consult our stakeholders in formulating our policy positions, and that we keep up the momentum on our priority policy issues. She also manages a number of projects to take our key agendas forward, particularly around equalities and participation in decision-making.
