Donna MacKinnon - Assistant Director - Development & Programmes The development of the CVS network in Scotland is one of the key objectives of SCVO, and the Development & Programmes Division of SCVO are instrumental in providing support and development services to enable the building of the capacity needed for the CVSs to deliver their services.
