Meeting room hire
We have a range of fully equipped meeting rooms at our offices in Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
SCVO members will receive a discount when booking a meeting room.
Mansfield Traquair Centre, Edinburgh
There are two meeting rooms available to hire for meetings and events in our Edinburgh Office, they are:
- Raeburn Room – max 30 people boardroom style + video conferencing
- Blackadder Room – only available for hire in conjunction with the Raeburn room – max 10 people boardroom style
Use of our data projector, TV & Video unit and OHP are included in the booking price.

Brunswick House, Glasgow
There are 4 meeting rooms available to hire for meetings and events in our Glasgow office they are:
- Training Room– max 40 people theatre style + video conferencing + smart board
- Meeting Room 1– max 6 people boardroom style
- Meeting Room 2 – max 6 people boardoom style
- Meeting Room 3 - max 8 people boardroom style

Fairways House, Inverness
There are five meeting rooms available for meeting and events in our Inverness office, they are:
- Glass Room – max 8 people boardroom style
- Morar Room – max 8 people boardroom style
- Morlich Room - max 6 people boardroom style
- Garten Room – max 6 people boardroom style + video conferencing
- Ruthven Room – max 20 people boardroom style + video conferencing
