Commenting that SCVO had received a clean bill of health from the auditors, he directed members to the,This expenditure was for TFN, engagement with the Scottish Government and Scottish Parliament, and Policy,From SCVO’s point of view, the policy that had shaped our context most was localism.,same or by doing differently what really needed to be done.,The Commission took the line that doing things differently was the wiser course of action.
