Martin leads the staff team at SCVO. He reports directly to the Board, who are elected from our membership organisations.

Lucy McTernan - Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Corporate Affairs
Lucy manages the teams responsible for: facilitating the organisation's strategic planning; developing and maintaining relationships with the Scottish Governement and the Parliaments at Holyrood and Westminister as well as with our membership; research, policy development and policy co-ordination; plus all communications and media work.

Tim Hencher - Director of Finance and Resources
Tim is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the key support services, Finance, ICT, HR and Facilities. He is also on the committee of Scottish Charity Finance Directors' Group.

John Ferguson - Director of Development Programmes
John leads SCVO's Development and Programmes team, and Rural Affairs teams. This includes our work on Goodmoves, New Deal and Employment Initiatives, Equalities, Social Economy, the rural dimension of Scotland's voluntary sector as well as engagement with and monitoring of European Structural Funds.

Paul White - Director of Networks
Paul leads on SCVO's work developing collaborations and partnerships, including work with sector intermediaries and support organisations such as the network of Councils for Voluntary Service (CVS) and Volunteer Centres. He also has responsibility for member support and services such as information, training and member deals.
