Our information service seeks to provide useful, relevant, up-to-date information which can assist you no matter which area of the sector you’re in.

We have a friendly team of Information Officers across Scotland, who are able to respond to your information requests should you call our helpline and if they can’t help you, they’ll certainly sign-post you to someone who can.

We work in conjunction with 58 Councils for Voluntary Service (CVS) organisations as well as intermediary organisations across Scotland which in addition to our own staff, have expert knowledge in specific areas.

Our Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness offices have a variety of publications, journals and daily papers that you can refer to, and an appointment can be made should you like to look at these.
