Self-paced Learning Courses

Work through easy-to-follow training guides at your own pace, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. An experienced Microsoft-certified Trainer is on hand to answer your questions and offer help and support whenever you need it.
Learners with existing knowledge of an application could finish a course in less than the stated time. E-mail and telephone support is available to anyone who does not finish the course on the day.
Quiet, comfortable training rooms allow you to study with no disruptions, making it easy to concentrate and learn.

Course Fee: £108 SCVO members; £180 non-members (voluntary organisations); £ 230 non-members (public, private organisations and individuals)

Distance Learning Courses

This option offers the opportunity to learn exactly what you want, when you want and where you want (at home, or in the workplace). Maximum flexibility allows you to fit learning around career and family commitments.
Easy-to-follow training guides let you work through the exercises step by step.
Instructor support is available throughout the course. You are not on your own! Unlimited support via e-mail and telephone support available at a mutually agreed time.

Workplace Learning Blocks

Learning Blocks, delivered at your premises, are used for short one-to-one training sessions with different members of your team, covering topics specific to their individual needs. Learning Block training will eliminate the need to ask for help and enable the learner to carry out Microsoft Office tasks effectively and with confidence.
Short training sessions help retain the new skills learned and cause minimum disruption to the working day.

Bookings for as few as two hours can be made in the Edinburgh area. Longer block bookings can be delivered further afield.

Fee: £55 per hour (SCVO members)
£75 per hour (Non-members)
(minimum booking 2 hrs. 10 hours can be booked for the price of 9)
