Branding - Where to Start
By its existence and it's offering of services to clients, your organisation automatically presents an image to the outside world. Customers and other stakeholders will develop a perception of your values and ability to deliver. Taking a lead in managing the perceptions of your brand values can have a positive impact on attracting clients, building good client relationships and developing repeat business. This course will provide you with a starting point, tools and techniques to define and understand your organisation's key values and attributes, both positive and negative, and help you understand how to use them effectively to present a positive image of the organisation.
