Branding - Where to Start
By its existence and it's offering of services to clients, your organisation automatically presents an image to the outside world. Customers and other stakeholders will develop a perception of your values and ability to deliver. Taking a lead in managing the perceptions of your brand values can have a positive impact on attracting clients, building good client relationships and developing repeat business. This course will provide you with a starting point, tools and techniques to define and understand your organisation's key values and attributes, both positive and negative, and help you understand how to use them effectively to present a positive image of the organisation.

Diversifying your income - making your organisation more sustainable
How reliable is your current funding? Are you overly dependant on one source of support, short term funding and grants? Stability and long-term sustainability are a major goal for most voluntary organisations. How can groups work towards achieving this? This course will provide information on a range of sources of support and funding, explore the pros and cons of each source and help you to work towards finding solutions to becoming more sustainable in your approach to resourcing your organisation.
