Aims of Course:
This course aims to provide a basic introduction to the role and work of boards and management committees (the 'governing bodies') of voluntary organisations. For learners who are interested in joining one it will also help them to think through whether membership is right for them.
Target Audience:
Learners who have no prior involvement in boards or management committees but are interested in finding out about their work.
