Senior Programme Officer (CVS Secondee)
Gilbert is seconded to the SVA programme from East Dunbartonshire CVS where he was the Manager. Gilbert previously worked for Developing North Ayrshire and East Dunbartonshire Council as an Economic Development Officer and East Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau as Manager. Gilbert will be involved in the Collaboration and Connectivity Portfolio project as well as general development support to the SVA programme.

Ian Bruce

Programme Officer (CVS Secondee)
Ian is seconded to the SVA programme from CVS Inverclyde where he was the Communications & Information Officer, a role that also encompassed representation and policy work. His prior experience includes working for Student Volunteering Scotland (within Volunteer Development Scotland) and Housing Associations' Wider Role.
Ian will lead on the SVA communications strategy, Managing Intelligence and Support to Develop Ideas.
