A key aspiration of the SVA programme is for CVS who demonstrate good practise in specific areas to be resourced to assist their peers to replicate that success nationally.  It is anticipated that the first stream of Change Champion projects will be commissioned in September 2008.

In order to enable all CVS to demonstrate their ability to deliver a Change Champion project the SVA management group have set aside a £100,000 'Delivering Ideas Fund'.  A CVS (alone or in partnership) can apply to the Delivering Ideas Fund to develop their proposals for a Change Champion project or Portfolio Project work.  Details on how to apply for Delivering Ideas Fund will be issued mid May 2008.  Details of the criteria and process are available here (April 08 Submission to Big Lottery) and here (Guidance paper).
