PROJECT AIM
To support better collaborative working within and across the CVS Network and other voluntary sector intermediary networks, enable development of shared and connective back office systems for them and test innovative approaches to local collaboration. The Project will ensure:
- An improved understanding across voluntary sector intermediaries of what is required for efficient, sustainable and legally compliant back office functions, e.g. human resources, ICT support.
- Increased efficiency and effectiveness in local voluntary sector intermediaries and in their national counterparts through collaboration and use of connective systems and technologies
- A better understanding across the voluntary sector and its stakeholders of the full costs of sustainable, effective and efficient back office functions.

- Voluntary and community sector networks offer better, more consistent and wider-reaching services
- Voluntary and community sector action is more vibrant, connected with communities and able to champion change
- Improved equalities knowledge and practice is witnessed across the voluntary and community sectors
