The Developing Organisations Project is one of three portfolio projects that are awaiting approval from the BIG Lottery Fund before they are progressed.  We will keep you up to date with developments on this.

PROJECT AIMS

To enable the CVS Network to offer improved, and more consistent, organisational development support to voluntary organisations.  The Project will ensure:

• Better run and managed voluntary organisations
• Voluntary and community organisations better able to support and sustain management committees that are strong and fit for purpose
• Voluntary and community organisations better able to meet the needs of the service users and communities they were set up to serve

DYNAMIC INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES OUTCOMES TO WHICH IT WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Voluntary and community sector networks offer better, more consistent and wider-reaching services
• Improved equalities knowledge and practice is witnessed across the voluntary and community sectors
