Audit of CVS Organisational Capacity
There is a current knowledge gap as to the approaches, abilities and specialist skills employed across the CVS network in organisational development support. The first stage of the project will therefore be an audit of CVS capacity in and approaches to organisational development which will consider: • People involved in or available to provide organisational development support • Skills that CVS have in providing organisational development support • Tools and techniques CVS use in providing organisational development support • Networks and partnerships CVS engage in to support their organisational development services
