We realise there are occasions when you may have to change your plans and wish to change or cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking before Thursday 13 June 2024 a 10% cancellation charge of the booking price will be charged. Any cancellation made after the Thursday 13 June 2024 will be charged the full price.

If you wish someone to attend in place of you or your guest please notify us in writing of their name, email address and dietary requirements before 10 June 2024. Please note there is no charge for this.

For any special dietary requirements or allergies must be received in writing before 10 June 2024 to ensure your request is met.

Notice of any changes or cancellations must be received in writing.

Please also note that there will be filming and photography at the event. You can find more detail in our privacy notice.
