Hundreds of employers across Scotland have already benefitted from their involvement in our programmes.  We can also help you to fill your skills gaps, recruit suitable staff and retain them once recruited.  We offer employers the following services:

The opportunity to have a participant on one of our programmes on a work placement for up to 11 weeks, allowing you to assess their suitability as potential employees and make a contribution to your business.

• Training and skills development for people on our programmes designed to meet the needs of your business.
• Assistance with your recruitment needs, including disseminating information about job vacancies and presenting job ready individuals for interview.
• Job matching – matching your skills needs with individuals on our programmes.
• Continued support after a client from one of our programmes has entered employment with you, to ease the transition back to work for the individual and help you with any initial problems.
• Advice and assistance of job subsidies that are available to employers recruiting unemployed people.
