As the social economy grows it faces significant challenges with regard to its workforce. With multiple funders, limited funding and competition how are social economy organisations to ensure that they are acting as best practice employers. The conference will:
- highlight the key workforce issues impacting on social economy organisations and employees
- provide a forum to discuss social economy workforce issues and potential solutions
- include workshops to explore ways in which partnership working can have a positive impact on workforce issues
